Five Coaching Sessions $450.00
These 5 sessions will give you a baseline and the direction to become your personal best. Sessions will be conducted by telephone or in person and will help you establish your plans, rituals and goals. As your coach, I will help you focus on the little things and details to take you to the next level. After purchasing your coaching session, you will receive a call to schedule your personal appointment as well as instructions for taking the Pro-Hockey Profile. This coaching program includes:
- Pro-Hockey Profile
- One 30 minute debriefing session (chat, phone or in person)
- Four subsequent 30 minute sessions (chat, phone or in person) scheduled two per month

Ten Coaching Sessions $810.00
These 10 sessions represent your commitment towards a lifetime of success! Together we will take the foundation of plans, goals and rituals and build an ongoing program that is more personalized and will help you "stand out from the crowd." Most world class athletes rely on coaching relationships to help them stay focused and keep them on track. This coaching program includes:
- Pro-Hockey Profile
