Great question.
Remember the weakest part of the human body is the hands.
So when using contact eliminate the player by keeping your stick near the ice
And eliminate the body by going for the hands.
Because of your size line up the player through good body position.
Do not rush the hit.
If you are racing a player for the puck in the corner let him get it first and then eliminate.
